Thursday Boot Company

In 2018 i started growing a passion towards boots and I went on the search of the perfect BOOT!! I came across ThursdayBoots and i was impressed by their aesthetics and their price point. I made my first purchase and since then I’ve been a loyal customer. Their BOOTS are comfortable to wear, stylish, and within everyone’s reach in terms of price point. I’ve gifted so many to my family members on Birthdays and holidays like Christmas and everyone loved it. TL;DR - Customer Service was better than expected, the store was very cool, and the quality of the boots I can’t say enough about. I have spent double on boots that aren’t as well built and comfortable. Now if you read long winded reviews like i do… I have been looking at Thursday boots for many years, and never pulled the trigger on them…. I have tried countless other brands of boots over the years, and while in NY I decided to stop by and check them out in person. Overall, my experience was nothing like I expected. I looked online, checked out reviews and read comments about Thursday and one thing I noticed is that they actually listen and pay attention to their customers and reviews and they don’t hide behind the keyboard. For example, a reviewer made the suggestion to put a sign out front of their store because they found it hard to find…. When I walked up, they had a sign on the street which made it easier for me to find 🤣 The store was awesome, and the customer service was top notch. I am a very popular size (men’s 11.5) and they still had 90% of what i wanted to try on and purchase. They only didn’t have one pair of sneakers which was surprising for a store in Manhattan. The employees explained how the shoe sizes may vary because their boots run a half size bigger. When I see that online i don’t usually believe it and order my true size but that’s not the case here and I’m glad i listened to that. (I don’t see this mentioned much in reviews and I wish that I did.. that way It wasn’t just a company message.) I purchased a pair of Matte Black Captains and was so excited to put them on. I spent a day in the city with brand new leather boots on where we easily walked over 8 miles. Now I am not sure if this was my best idea and while my feet are a little sore from breaking them in, but when I put them on this morning they feel great. Thursday has earned a customer for life and I literally ordered shoe trees and socks before I got home. From an overly picky customer thank you.

I recently visited the Thursday showroom in NYC and made my first purchase (I went with the President boot and roadster jacket, both in black coffee). The jacket fit so perfectly that I wore it home from the store. The boots are also incredibly comfortable, almost fitting like a sneaker (I was advised to go down a half size from my usual shoe size which was a good move). Sebastian, the sales associate, was friendly and very customer oriented, walking me through various options until I found the right choice. I wore the jacket to my office that following week, and a colleague took immediate notice and asked if he could try it on. He was equally impressed by the fit, quality and cost. I highly recommend checking out Thursday!

Had seen a bunch of ads for Thursday boots and when I was in NYC stopped by the store. Really good experience. The boots and shoes are beautifully made and reasonably priced for the quality. Want to especially call out Lyla and the rest of the team who created a great environment and patiently fit me in sneakers and a really nice pair of dress shoes for less than I was going to spend on a single pair of high end shoes. Definitely worth going to get fit if you can. Ended up in a 9.5 boot, 11 sneakers and a 10 dress shoe (I have narrow feet as well). Thanks!!!

I like the boots, however coming here I figured they would have a lot of what they have online and you can try it on and see if it's fits and all that good stuff. However, they don't a lot of the new items that aren't here. They don't have a lot in stock since it's the only store in my mind. I was guessing it would be better so it's really not worth coming to it and I was just in New York and I wanted to stop in there because I own several pairs Thursday boots but coming here is really not worth it. It's kind of a waste of time only because they don't have everything even on display. They don't have all the colors they don't have all of all the various styles they have so it's really a waste of time to be honest coming to the store not necessarily buying them boots.

I want to love these boots so much. This is the second pair of Thursdays that I bought. The first one I bought a couple years back at their store in NY that has since closed. I usually wear a 10 1/2 in boots and sneakers but the worker there after trying some boots on convinced me that the 9 1/2 fit good on me and that it would really stretch out after wearing.. well I can say that wasn’t the case and even after getting them stretched by a shoe cobbler, it still didn’t help much.. a couple months back I decided to give them another shot and went with a 10, since their website recommended to go a half size down.. Fast forward a couple months and they still feel stiff and they are not comfortable. Maybe I should have went with my actual size. I have to say the leather quality is great, but the comfort is just not there. I planned on wanting to continue on purchasing different styles but I’m stuck with 2 pairs of boots I’m in the hole on.

A Devoted Fan's 5-Star Review I have been an ardent fan of your Scout boots since the inception of your establishment. Over the years, I have acquired three pairs, including two in navy blue suede. While my loyalty to these boots has only deepened, I must express my regret for not having purchased more, particularly given they are now discontinued. It would be greatly appreciated if your company would reconsider bringing these boots back to your collection. In addition to the Scouts, I also own your Premier Low Tops. Not only are they a superb product, but the price point is equally commendable. The combination of quality and affordability makes it an unbeatable choice.
